BHE TV to Join Forces with ShineReveille International to Distribute HULK HOGAN'S CELEBRITY CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 3 -- Bischoff Hervey Entertainment Television announced today that they have signed an overseas distribution deal with ShineReveille International for their new series, HULK HOGAN'S CELEBRITY CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING. ShineReveille International will sell both the format and finished tape for eight one-hour episodes of the competition series set to premiere Saturday nights in October on Country Music Television (CMT).

"We couldn't be more pleased with our selection of ShineReveille International," says Eric Bischoff, Partner, BHE TV LLC. "They are aggressive, have clout and an understanding of how to leverage Hulk Hogan's existing brand equity in the global marketplace today. With partners like ShineReveille and Viacom, we are very excited to take this next step in the launch of our Sports-Entertainment franchise."

"Owning the foreign rights both in domestic tape and format is a precedence we have been looking for," adds BHE TV partner Jason Hervey. "Adding these types of assets to our business within future series sales will be a key device in the continued growth of BHE's production division."

"ShineReveille is thrilled to be partnering with Bischoff Hervey across such a uniquely exciting property," says Chris Grant, President of ShineReveille International. "Hulk Hogan is an international sensation and this format showcases him and other celebrities in an action-packed hour that will deliver for international buyers."

ShineReveille will offer international buyers a preview of the series at the upcoming London Screenings, beginning September 8, and will officially unveil the series at MIPCOM in October.
