Five-time GRAMMY� Award winner Mariah Carey will perform and two-time GRAMMY Award winner LL Cool J and 50th GRAMMY Award nominee Taylor Swift will co-host on THE GRAMMY NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE!! - COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT�, a one-hour special to be broadcast LIVE Wednesday, Dec. 3 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/delayed PT), on the CBS Television Network.

As previously announced, five-time GRAMMY winner Celine Dion, six-time GRAMMY winner Foo Fighters, 14-time GRAMMY winner B.B. King, five-time GRAMMY winner John Mayer and Taylor Swift are also set to perform.

This special marks the first time nominations for the annual GRAMMY Awards will be announced live on primetime television. The event, to be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 Surround Sound from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in downtown Los Angeles, will also celebrate the grand opening of The GRAMMY MuseumSM.

THE GRAMMY NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE!! - COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT will set the stage for the 51st ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS to be broadcast LIVE Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009 (8:00-11:30 PM ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.

THE GRAMMY NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE!! - COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT will announce nominations in several categories and feature performances by past GRAMMY winners and nominees. Following the one-hour live telecast, guests will experience an exclusive concert by one of the evening's performers in celebration of the grand opening of The GRAMMY Museum.
