RING IN THE NEW YEAR ON JANUARY 1 WITH SOAPNET'S TEN HOUR "PRIVATE PRACTICE" MARATHON FEATURING ALL EPISODES-TO-DATE OF THE SECOND SEASON OF ABC'S HIT SERIES.

From the creator of �Grey�s Anatomy� comes the series "Private Practice" which follows the lives of Dr. Addison Montgomery and her colleagues as they handle complicated cases and tangled love lives at the Oceanside Wellness Group in Los Angeles. The show was created and is executive produced by Shonda Rhimes and stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Tim Daly as Dr. Pete Wilder, Audra McDonald as Dr. Naomi Bennett, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Chris Lowell as William Dell Parker, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

Episodes airing January 1 include:

9AM - Episode #2008-PVTP-201 "A Family Thing" (OAD 10/1/08) - Friendships are tested and secrets revealed when Addison discovers that Naomi is concealing the practice's financial problems. Meanwhile, Violet wonders what secret Cooper is keeping from her.

10AM - Episode #2008-PVTP-202 "Equal and Opposite" (OAD 10/8/08) - Addison and Sam form a hostile takeover in order to bring the practice out of bankruptcy, as all of the doctors look for additional clients and new income streams.

11AM - Episode #2008-PVTP-203 "Nothing To Talk About" (OAD 10/22/08) - Charlotte tries to woo Addison to St. Ambrose Hospital with promises of surgeries, as Addison and Kevin's relationship heats up.

12PM - Episode #2008-PVTP-204 "Past Tense" (OAD 10/29/08) - An office election pits Sam and Naomi against each other to lead the practice, and ends with surprising results, and Cooper's personal life catches up with his professional one.

1PM - Episode #2008-PVTP-205 "Let It Go" (OAD 11/5/08) - In trying to fix the financial troubles at Oceanside Wellness, Addison puts the practice in peril, as a good friend of Violet's places her in the terrible position of breaking the law to help her.

2PM - Episode #2008-PVTP-206 "Serving Two Masters" (OAD 11/19/08) - Addison treats two pregnant women who unknowingly share the same husband. A visit from an Alzheimer's patient and her loving husband forces Sam and Naomi to look at their own relationship.

3PM - Episode #2008-PVTP-207 "Tempting Faith" (OAD 11/26/08) - Addison receives a surprise visit from her brother and fellow surgeon, Archer, and his presence not only causes trouble for her, but for Naomi and Sam as well.

4PM - Episode #2008- PVTP-208 "Crime and Punishment" (OAD 12/3/08) � Charlotte and Addison work together to save the lives of a pregnant woman in a coma and her unborn child, and Violet seeks Kevin's advice when a patient is suspected of murdering his wife.

5PM - Episode #2008- PVTP-209 "Know When To Fold" (OAD 12/10/08) � Charlotte�s rival practice, Pacific Wellcare, opens its doors, and the competition with Oceanside Wellness begins, as Sam and Pete steal one of their clients, a favorite patient of Addison�s goes to a Pacific Wellcare doctor for a second opinion, and Dell proposes the creation of an in-house adoption program.

6PM - Episode #2008- PVTP-210 "Worlds Apart" (OAD 12/17/08) � Pete�s girlfriend Meg returns to Los Angeles and notices that Pete and Violet are considerably closer, Kevin questions the direction he and Addison are headed as a couple, Cooper treats a young diabetic boy with a mysterious past, as Charlotte and her team of Pacific Wellcare doctors continue to siphon business away from Oceanside Wellness.
