CELEBRATED PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT "24: REDEMPTION CAPTURED IN AFRICA" MOVES TO THE PALEY CENTER FOR MEDIA IN NEW YORK FEBRUARY 6

Photos Shot While on Location in South Africa by Show's Creative Team Including Star/Executive Producer Kiefer Sutherland on Display Through March 31, 2009

Sponsored by Sprint and Created with DigitalFusion, the Exhibit Comes to New York from Blockbuster Run at the Paley Center in Los Angeles

January 26, 2009 On the heels of a celebrated run at The Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles, the innovative "24: REDEMPTION Captured in Africa" exhibit is traveling to the Paley Center in New York for a two-month stay. The exhibit is composed of a stunning collection of photographs shot by five members of the Emmy Award-winning FOX drama's creative team during the filming of 24: REDEMPTION last year. Visitors to the exhibit will be treated to a rare inside look at the making of the show, candid moments between cast and crew including Emmy Award-winner Kiefer Sutherland, dramatic stills from the spectacular action sequences and vivid captures of the scenic South African locations. Made possible by Sprint, a 24 sponsor, The Paley Center for Media in New York will host the one-of-a-kind photo exhibit of fine art museum-quality archival prints from Feb. 6 through March 31, 2009.

Curated by Entertainment Weekly deputy photo director Michael Kochman and custom printed at the L.A.-based DigitalFusion's fine art printing facility, the exhibit features works by executive producer/director Jon Cassar, director of photography Rodney Charters, producer Michael Klick, unit photographer Kelsey McNeal and star/executive producer Kiefer Sutherland.

"I was so impressed with the quality of the photography, and it was exciting to see a production photographed from five different perspectives," said Kochman. "Each photographer captured something very special and poetic sometimes intimate, sometimes epic, sometimes documentary-like and raw. It all adds up to a fascinating photographic experience."

"Shooting 24: REDEMPTION in South Africa was the highlight of my six years on the show," said 24 executive producer and Emmy Award-winning director Jon Cassar. "It was nothing short of exhilarating. Africa also became a wonderful canvas for the still photography enthusiasts among our crew. Every day put us in places and situations that were new and exciting to us, and our cameras clicked constantly. This exhibit chronicles the seven weeks that were spent in Cape Town and the surrounding regions from moments captured during a hectic shooting schedule to the faces and places that represent not only the making of 24 but the Africa of today."

"We are so excited to be the first to host at both of our locations this extraordinary photo exhibit of one of today's most popular television shows, 24. This gives us another unique way to connect the creative community with media enthusiasts here at the Paley Center," said Pat Mitchell, president and chief operating officer of The Paley Center for Media. "This exhibit has already proven to have enormous appeal to everyone from the most serious photography aficionado to the most passionate 24 fan. And now we can offer the fans in New York the opportunity to view these intense photos from this year's Golden Globe-nominated television event. "

The show's New York exhibition is being sponsored by Sprint, where customers can experience all their phone has to offer thanks to the Now Network, from worry-free plans like Simply EverythingSM to exclusive content like downloadable photos from this exhibit. Beginning Feb. 6, Sprint users can download select shots from the exhibit to web-enabled Sprint phones. The photos will be available on Sprint's 24 mobile website at no additional charge to Sprint data subscribers. Standard data rates may apply. To access the photos, Sprint customers should open the Web on their phone and type HYPERLINK "http://gospv.com/24pics" http://gospv.com/24pics in the address bar. As the vicious COLONEL DUBAKU (Hakeem Kae-Kazim, "Hotel Rwanda") descends on an orphanage in search of recruits, Jack enters into a one-man crusade at the behest of his friend CARL BENTON (Robert Carlyle, "The Full Monty") to rescue the children and get them to safety. Filmed in South Africa and Los Angeles, 24: REDEMPTION stars Emmy Award winner Sutherland along with Tony Award winner Cherry Jones ("Signs," "The Perfect Storm"), Gil Bellows ("Ally McBeal"), Tony Todd ("Final Destination") and Academy Award winner Jon Voight ("National Treasure: Book of Secrets").
