Abc, Cbs, FOX Join Obama Fray on Monday

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC, CBS and FOX will follow NBC's lead and carry President Obama's live address to the nation on Monday at 8:00/7:00c.

Here's a breakdown of each network's plans for the next two Mondays:

ABC - Monday, February 9
8:00/7:00c - "ABC News Special"*
9:00/8:00c - "The Bachelor: Episode 1306" (Special Time)

-- "True Beauty: Get Fit," originally set for 10:00/9:00c, will instead air Tuesday, February 10 at 10:00/9:00c.

-- "Chuck: Chuck Versus the Best Friend," originally scheduled for February 9, will move to February 23

* Mountain/Pacific time zones will see a repeat of "The New Adventures of Old Christine: Popular" on CBS, a repeat of "24: Day 7: 2:00-3:00 PM" on FOX and a repeat of "Chuck: Chuck Versus the Cougars" on NBC. As for ABC, Mountain/Pacific time zones will see "The Bachelor" at its regular time followed by a repeat of "True Beauty: Science of Beauty."

Meanwhile, FOX has also opted to carry Obama's February 24 address to Congress. ABC and NBC confirmed their plans for said date on Wednesday (read the story) while CBS is expected to follow suit next week.
