LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- VH1 has begun casting a second of season of "Real Chance of Love" while the Nick Lachey-produced "Taking the Stage" will roll out later this month on MTV.

4.2 million viewers tuned into the January 12 season finale of "Love," which spawned a second clip show on January 21 and a reunion special on January 26. The network's casting notice indicates "20 new women will move into the 'Stallioniare' Ranch and compete for the brother of their choice." Producers are holding casting calls in Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas, New York City and Kansas City starting this week.

Meanwhile, MTV will launch "Stage" on Thursday, March 19 at 10:00/9:00c following "Making the Band 4." The 10-episode series, filmed at Cincinnati's famed School for the Creative and Performing Arts, "follows the stories of some of the most talented teenagers in the nation as they balance the enormous pressures of pursuing their dreams while navigating their way through the normal trials and tribulations of high school." Mark Ford, Kevin Lopez, Colton Gramm and Marc Platt are executive producing the series alongside Lachey.
