NEW YORK, NY - March 2, 2009 - For the second year in a row WE tv, home of the hit series Bridezillas and the network with the most wedding themed programming on television is dedicating an entire week of primetime to all things bridal when is presents "We Go Bridal Week." Featuring new episodes of the extreme weddings series, Platinum Weddings; five premiere specials; plus encore presentations of hit series like My Fair Wedding and Amazing Wedding Cakes the marathon airs March 8-15, 2009. To kick-off the celebration WEGoBridal.com - an online destination point for weddings, is hosting "The Ugliest Bridesmaid Dress"; contest. This online challenge encourages viewers to submit photos of bridal "fashion don'ts" for a chance to win a cash grand prize of $5000.00. The contest runs from March 2 to midnight April 13. This episode follows the exploits of Karen and Tom as they host a lavish seaside wedding at the renowned Cheeca Lodge & Spa in the Florida Keys. Running time: 30 minutes.

Platinum Weddings: "Lauren & Kristopher" - WE tv Original, Airing Sunday, March 8th at 10:30 PM/9:30C.

For bride-to-be Lauren and her pro-golfer groom Kristopher, nothing is spared when they host a zinger of a golf-inspired wedding featuring 600 guests. Running time: 30 minutes.

Platinum Weddings: "Kimberly & Bryan" - WE tv Original, Airing Sunday, March 15th at 10:30 PM/9:30C.

Bride-and-groom-to-be Kimberly and Bryan host a luxurious affair at the renowned Historic Chapel in Winter Park, FL. Running time: 30 minutes.

Surprise Wedding - Network Premiere Special Airing Thursday, March 12th at 8 PM/7C.

Set at the Aladdin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, this special follows five men who are in long-term relationships, but haven't taken that last step to commitment. In an amusing twist these fellows are in for a shocker when their girlfriends propose to them on national television. Those who accept tie the knot then and there! Running time: Two hours.

Funniest Wedding Outtakes - Network Premiere Special Airing Friday, March 13th at 8 PM/7C.
