BIO'S SEASON THREE FINALE OF 'I SURVIVED...' SETS RECORD FOR BEST PREMIERE TELECAST IN NETWORK HISTORY

SERIES GREW BY DOUBLE DIGITS IN ALL KEY DEMOS IN THIRD SEASON AND CONTINUES TO BE BIO'S #1 SERIES OF ALL-TIME

NEW YORK, NY, September 1, 2009 Sunday's third season finale of BIO Channel's original series "I Survived..." (9PM-10PM ET), which chronicles real people who faced death and lived to tell about it, set the network record for the most-watched premiere telecast in network history among total viewers (593,000), also becoming the number one premiere telecast of the series among adults 18-49 (258,000) and 25-54 (304,000).

Season 3 of I Survived was the series' best outing yet, up double digits versus Season 2 with a 29 percent increase in adults 25-54, 25 percent increase in adults 18-49 and 10 percent increase in total viewers.

The one-hour series explores first person accounts of extraordinary true-life tales of those who found the strength and courage to endure when faced with unforeseen, life-threatening situations. Each episode of "I Survived..." documents two or three life-altering stories in which survivors explain in their own words how they overcame unbelievable circumstances and what carried them through the experience that ultimately changed their lives forever.

Season 4 of "I Survived..." will premiere this December on BIO.

"I Survived..." is produced by NHNZ for BIO, Lawrence Cumbo is Executive Producer and Alan Hall is Supervising Producer for NHNZ. Executive Producers for BIO are Rob Sharenow, Laura Fleury and Colleen Conway.
