100 QUESTIONS (NBC) - The Peacock has quietly halted production on the series after six episodes. Originally set to film 13 installments, full season commitments to "Parks & Recreation" and "Community" have since filled up the network's comedy real estate for the rest of the season. "Questions" stars Sophie Winkleman as a young woman looking for love who joins a popular online dating site.

DALLAS (TNT, New!) - Cynthia Cidre ("Cane") has been tapped to pen the long-rumored revival of the famed CBS soap, which ran for 13 seasons from 1978-1991. Warner Horizon Television is behind the hour, full details of which are being kept under wraps. Early reports indicated the update will revolve around J.R. and Sue Ellen's son John Ross and Bobby and Pam's adopted son Christopher - with Patrick Duffy, Larry Hagman and Linda Gray potentially reprising their roles - however a final concept has yet to be locked down. New Regency owns the franchise's feature rights and has been trying to mount its own take for several years.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS (ABC Family) - Torrey DeVitto and Sasha Pieterse have both been cast in recurring roles on the drama pilot, about "four estranged best friends - Lucy Hale, Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson and Shay Mitchell - who are reunited three years after their best friend and queen bee of the group goes missing, only to discover they are receiving notes from an anonymous "A" who knows all their secrets." Details on their characters however weren't released.

PRIVATE (CBS, New!) - James Patterson and Maxine Paetro's upcoming novel of the same name is being eyed as a potential drama at the network. Jason Cahill ("Fringe") has been tapped to pen the adaptation, which centers on "ex-Marine and former CIA agent Jack Morgan, who takes over his father's detective and security business." The Eye has given a script commitment to the project with a penalty attached should it not go to pilot. 20th Century Fox Television and Imagine Television are co-producing with Cahill, Brian Grazer and David Nevins executive producing. Patterson likewise is expected to receive a producing credit.

REX IS NOT YOUR LAWYER (NBC) - Jerry O'Connell ("Carpoolers"), Lindsay Kraft ("Epic Movie") and Cleo King ("The Hangover") have all joined the cast of the drama pilot, about Rex Alexander (David Tennant), "a top Chicago litigator who begins suffering panic attacks and takes up coaching clients to represent themselves in court." O'Connell will play "an ambitious but good-natured lawyer who was in Rex's shadow until Rex's career switch and whose friendship with Rex becomes complicated when he falls in love with his pal's fiancee (Abigail Spencer)." Sendhil Ramamurthy was originally cast in said role but withdrew because of scheduling issues. Kraft then is set as "a former waitress singer-songwriter working as Rex's assistant" with King as a "no-nonsense private-school bus driver coached by Rex in her wrongful-termination case." Production on the pilot is set to begin shortly with David Semel directing from a script by Andrew Leeds and David Lampson. Jane Curtin and Jeffrey Tambor also star.
