JACK & DAN (FOX) - Jenny Wade ("Reaper") has joined the cast of the upcoming drama, about Jack (Colin Hanks), "an ambitious, by-the-book detective in a dead-end post at the LAPD who is partnered with Dan (Bradley Whitford), a drunken, lecherous cop who hangs onto his job only because of a heroic act years before." She'll play Liz, "a tough and quick-witted assistant district attorney who used to date Jack and is now in frequent work-related contact with him." Diana-Maria Riva also stars in the Fox Television Studios-based hour, which comes from creator Matt Nix.

HBO ORIGINAL SERIES - The pay channel has confirmed its winter lineup, which kicks off with the previously announced fourth season of "Big Love" on Sunday, January 10. Also set for Sundays is newcomer "How to Make It in America" beginning February 14. Then on Friday, February 19 look for the new season of "Real Time With Bill Maher" to be paired with animated entries "The Ricky Gervais Show" and "The Life & Times of Tim." And finally Sunday, March 14 marks the long-awaited debut of Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg's 10-part mini-series "The Pacific." Hourlong installments will air each Sunday through May 16.

MIKE & MOLLY (CBS, New!) - "Two and a Half Men" and "The Big Bang Theory" mastermind Chuck Lorre has landed another multi-camera project at the Eye. He'll executive produce the half-hour, which revolves around "a couple who struggle with overeating and meet at Overeaters Anonymous." Mark Roberts penned the Warner Bros. Television-based project, which has a pilot commitment. Roberts then will executive produce alongside Lorre.

UNDERCOVERS (NBC) - Gerald McRaney ("Deadwood") is the first to be cast in the drama pilot, about spouses Samantha and Steven Bloom who work together as spies. He'll play their boss, "a CIA operative who recruited the couple and serves as the agency's liaison with then." J.J. Abrams and Josh Reims are behind the Warner Bros. Television-produced hour, which Abrams may potentially direct.
