The home is part of a $2 million grand-prize package that includes a 2010 GMC Terrain and $500,000 that will be awarded to one lucky viewer on Monday, March 15 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

During the suspenseful half-hour giveaway special, Jamie Durie, host of the new series, The Outdoor Room with Jamie Durie, will be on location, using stealth maneuvers to surprise the winner at home. Meanwhile, HGTV host Monica Pedersen will take viewers behind-the-scenes to reveal how the winner is selected. Viewers will be at the edge of their seats until they find out who wins the get the key to the custom-built home.
