CBS details the latest "Big Brother" elimination.

[via press release from CBS]

AN EMOTIONAL ANDREW IS UNNABLE TO PERSUADE HIS FELLOW HOUSEMATES TO KEEP HIM IN THE GAME AND BECOMES THE THIRD HOUSEGUEST TO BE EVICTED FROM THE "BIG BROTHER" HOUSE

The BIG BROTHER House Voted 8-0 to Evict Andrew during Last Nights Live Broadcast after He Was Nominated for Eviction by Head-of-Household Matt

During last night's live broadcast, Andrew, the 39-year-old Podiatrist from Miami Beach, Fla., learned his fate and left the BIG BROTHER House. Following his eviction, he was interviewed by Julie Chen about his experience.

After last night's BIG BROTHER eviction, the Houseguests competed for Head-of-Household in the Big Brother Knockout competition. Houseguests went head-to-head answering BIG BROTHER competition questions: an incorrect answer resulted in elimination, while a correct answer meant Houseguests advanced to the next round and chose the next two players to face-off. Rachel was the last woman standing and will be the next Head-of-Household.

Lane Elenburg, Decatur, Texas

Ragan Fox, Los Angeles, Calif.

Andrew Gordon, Miami Beach, Fla. Eliminated July 29

This season of BIG BROTHER will air three nights weekly on CBS. Sundays (8:00 9:00 PM, ET/PT), Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the LIVE eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, Thursdays (8:009:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).

BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with over 52 cameras and 95 microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day. Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house. At the end, the last remaining House Guest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.
