A&E Presents Documentary Special "Raising Bains"
Premieres Monday, August 23 at 11PM ET/PT
"Raising Bains" (premieres Monday, August 23 at 11PM ET/PT) - This one hour documentary special follows a unique American family, the Bains, who have an incredible thirteen children. Twelve of them are adopted and eight of the adopted kids have been taken in from the same family. As a result, many of the children have issues with attachment and adjusting to their new home. Through the course of the special, we'll find out how the Bain family copes with the kids' individual needs and past traumas. Handling the everyday drama of life as well as the additional issues of bringing up a blended family, Dave and Kathy are committed to making their unusual life work and to create a happy home for the entire Bain family.
"Raising Bains" is produced for A&E by September Films. Executive producer is Sheldon Lazarus. Director is Eric Streit.
Premieres Monday, August 23, at 11PM ET/PT
