PETER KILLEEN AND ROBIN HOMMEL NAMED CO-EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS OF THE NATE BERKUS SHOW

NEW YORK, NY (September 27, 2010) - Executive producer Terry Murphy continues to build up her team by adding Peter Killeen and upping Robin Hommel to serve as co-executive producers of the syndicated series THE NATE BERKUS SHOW from Harpo Studios and Sony Pictures Television.

"Peter and Robin are passionate about giving viewers the tools to help them love the lives they live," said Murphy. "And I'm thrilled about having the combined force of veterans like Peter and Robin working together as we continue to build what we believe is the next generation of talk."

Peter Killeen most recently served as a senior supervising producer on The Martha Stewart Show, and was instrumental in creating and producing all areas of this high content, how-to show, resulting in a Daytime Emmy(R) Award for Outstanding Lifestyle Program for the 2009-2010 season. Killeen started as a writer on The Rosie O'Donnell Show where he received three Daytime Emmy(R) Award nominations. He later transitioned to the role of a producer where he was part of the team that earned Daytime Emmy(R) Award wins for "Outstanding Talk Show" in 2000 and 2001. Killeen was also a writer for the 1999 & 2000 Grammy Awards and the 1999 Tony Awards.

Prior to her promotion, two-time Emmy(R) Award winner Robin Hommel has served as senior supervising producer on THE NATE BERKUS SHOW. She worked as a senior producer for the launch of Rachael Ray in the fall of 2006. During her four-year tenure there, Robin won two Daytime Emmy(R) Awards for episodes she developed and produced: The Prom for Enterprise High and The Brides of Harris County. Her previous producer credits include Martha, The Jane Pauley Show and Queen Latifah. Robin started her syndication career at The Montel Williams Show as a production assistant and over the course of eight-years, rose to senior producer. She has also contributed to series on the Discovery Channel, Fox News, and NBC. Robin is a recipient of multiple Prism Awards, a Genesis Award and is a member of the Producers Guild of America.
