LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC is sending its short-lived drama "Outlaw" to Saturday nights at 8:00/7:00c.
Said move, effective immediately, comes after another lackluster third place performance this past Friday (4.23 million viewers, 1.0 rating among adults 18-49), well short of CBS's "Blue Bloods" (11.09 million viewers; 1.8 rating among adults 18-49: 1.8) and ABC's "20/20" (5.43 million viewers; adults 18-49: 1.8 rating among adults 18-49).
The news comes less than a week after production on the series was halted after eight episodes.
As for its former Friday, 10:00/9:00c home, the Peacock will add an extra hour of "Dateline NBC," essentially sliding its usual two-hour edition to 9:00/8:00c.
Kicking off the night at 8:00/7:00c, as previously announced, is "School Pride," NBC's latest reality entry. Said hour was originally set to launch Friday, September 24 but was bumped to October 15 back in August.
