By The Futon Critic Staff (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX's "The Good Guys" will wrap its 20-episode freshman run on Friday, December 10 at 9:00/8:00c, network sources have confirmed to the site exclusively.

Various repeats and specials will then fill the night until FOX's midseason schedule kicks off in January. At its upfront presentation in May, the network indicated "Human Target" and a new cycle of "Kitchen Nightmares" would assume its Friday slots come midseason. Whether that will hold remains to be seen.

In any case, here's what to expect on Friday nights for the foreseeable future:

Friday, November 12-19
8:00/7:00c - "House" (Repeats)
9:00/8:00c - "The Good Guys"

Friday, November 26

Friday, December 17*

9:00/8:00c - "The Good Guys" (Repeat)

Friday, December 24

As for "Good Guys," the show's fall episodes have averaged a modest 2.52 million viewers and a 0.8 rating among adults 18-49, well short of its lackluster summer run (4.00 million viewers, 1.2 rating among adults 18-49).
