LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC has dropped its defunct drama "The Whole Truth" from its lineup effective immediately, scheduling updates from the network confirmed this morning.
Last week's installment - its first airing since October 27 - drew a modest 3.65 million viewers and a 0.9 rating among adults 18-49.
Various repeats will fill the Wednesday, 10:00/9:00c hour for the rest of 2010: "Modern Family" and "Cougar Town" on December 8, a pair of "Cougar Town" repeats on December 15 (following a pair of "Modern Family" repeats at 9:00/8:00c), a rebroadcast of "CMA Country Christmas" on December 22 and another round of back-to-back "Cougar Town" repeats on December 29.
Newcomer "Off the Map," as previously announced, premieres Wednesday, January 12 at 10:00/9:00c.
As for "The Whole Truth," it's unclear when (or if) its seven remaining episodes will air.
