ULTIMATE YEAR-END BASH "NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE" TO FEATURE SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT BRANDY AND PERFORMANCES BY PLAIN WHITE T'S AND JABBAWOCKEEZ FRIDAY, DECEMBER 31, ON FOX

Performance by Mariah Carey To Be Featured During Special

Multi-talented star Brandy will hit the streets of Las Vegas to serve as a special correspondent while pop/rock group Plain White T's and dance crew Jabbawockeez will join previously announced performers Travie McCoy and David Archuleta to ring in 2011 on NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE airing Friday, Dec. 31 (11:00 PM-12:30 AM ET live; CT/MT/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.

The year-end special, hosted by Nancy O'Dell and filming on-location at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and New York City's Times Square, will also feature the broadcast premiere of Mariah Carey's music video of the New Year's classic, "Auld Lang Syne," from her new album, "Merry Christmas II You."

Platinum-selling R&B and pop singer, actress, songwriter and record/television producer Brandy gained fame as an actress on the popular UPN sitcom "Moesha." At age 15, Brandy released her debut album, selling over 6 million copies. Following a major success with "The Boy Is Mine," a duet with singer Monica, which spent 13 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, she won a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group. After her most recent stint on "Dancing with the Stars," Brandy currently stars in the hit VH1 reality show "Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business," which she also executive-produces, and is in studio recording a new solo CD for release in 2011.

Having recently released their highly anticipated new album, "Wonders of the Younger," the twice-Grammy nominated Plain White T's are set to head out on a North American tour this January. Best known for their world-wide hit, "Hey There Delilah," and follow-up platinum-selling hit "1,2,3,4," the Chicago quintet just released their latest album featuring the lead single, "Rhythm of Love," a Top 10 hit that has already sold over 300,000 digital copies.

World-famous dance crew Jabbawockeez recently premiered its groundbreaking new show "MS.I.C.," at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The critically acclaimed show is described as an audio-visual story of inspiration brought to life through the harmonization of sound and movement. Jabbawockeez first gained fame in 2006 after their appearance on "America's Got Talent" before winning the MTV hip-hop dance reality series "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew" in March 2008. The crew, consisting of seven members - Kevin Brewer, Joe Larot, Phil Tayag, Chris Gatdula, Rynan Paguio, Jeff "Phi" Nguyen and Ben Chung "B-Tek" - uses their signature plain white masks and gloves to guide the audience's attention away from individual identities and toward a unified group. Known for their creativity, one-of-a-kind choreography, athleticism and intricate synchronization, each member brings a different technique and perspective to form a style that makes the Jabbawockeez so unique.

NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE is executive-produced by Bob Bain, produced by Paul Flattery, co-produced by Kelly Brock and directed by Michael Dempsey.
