GSN SIGNS ACCLAIMED TELEVISION PERSONALITY WENDY WILLIAMS TO HOST NEW ORIGINAL SERIES "LOVE TRIANGLE," PREMIERING APRIL 18, 2011

Santa Monica, CA - January 20, 2011 - GSN (Game Show Network) announced today that it has signed an agreement with popular television personality, radio star and best-selling author Wendy Williams to host a new original strip series, LOVE TRIANGLE, premiering April 18, 2011 on GSN, with 32 episodes. The unique talk-show/game-show format will focus on a dater caught in a real-life love triangle, as Williams helps him or her explore every aspect of both relationships en route to the dramatic moment when a life-changing decision is made.

LOVE TRIANGLE is produced by 3 Ball Productions, with JD Roth, Todd A. Nelson and Brant Pinvidic serving as executive producers. Wendy Williams Hunter and Kevin Hunter also are executive producers. Vincent Rubino serves as Co-Executive Producer.

"We've had great success with our dating and relationship game shows BAGGAGE and THE NEWLYWED GAME," says Kelly Goode, Senior VP, Programming for GSN. "LOVE TRIANGLE will follow in that vein. And Wendy will bring a strong voice, personality and sense of humor to the show."

Williams added, "I've seen everything and talked about everything, including love triangles-but now I get to get in there and help people untangle them, in a way that's both humorous and rational. I can put my life experience to good use here!"

3 Ball's JD Roth said, "This is 3 Ball's first series with GSN, and we're incredibly excited to be working with the network and with such an electric talent as Wendy Williams. We get to combine talk, relationship and game show elements in this series, so it's going to be a really fun show to put together."

Contestants on LOVE TRIANGLE will be men and women with a predicament: They're dating two very different people. They've come to the point where they want to be exclusive with one of them, but just can't decide which one to choose. If only they could take a glimpse into each person's past and look at their present in order to help predict what a future relationship with each of them would look like. This revealing new original series from GSN will take people caught in a real-life "love triangle" and, in a half-hour format that blends game show with talk show, get to the heart of what really matters in a partner, exploring every aspect of the two different relationships. Each episode of LOVE TRIANGLE builds to a dramatic climax, as the dater decides whom to commit to-and whom to let go.

Each episode of LOVE TRIANGLE begins with The Past, revealing some surprising and sometimes shocking facts about each of the suitors' pasts. In The Present, a 360-degree personality test reveals which person the contestant is more compatible with in four areas that couples fight the most about: money, lifestyle, family and sex. A peek into The Future uses certain predictors-e.g., aged photos that reveal what the suitor will look like in 25 years, or fun facts about their likelihood for success-to give the contestant a glimpse into life down the road with each suitor. The suitor is then hooked up to the Truthbuster-a lie detector that analyzes his or her answers to questions such as, "Do you want marriage and children?" Finally, the contestant must make The Big Decision-but not before Williams gives the contestant a side-by-side comparison of what life would look like with each of the two paramours, using data based on the past behaviors of the two potential mates.

Acclaimed television personality Wendy Williams is the host of the daily syndicated program "The Wendy Williams Show," hailed on its debut as a "breakthrough in daytime" by The New York Times and as one of the "best shows of 2009? by People magazine. Williams, who was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in November 2009 (only the second African American woman in the organization's history to be so honored), parted ways with her top-rated radio show The Wendy Williams Experience at the end of July, 2009. The program, which aired on WBLS in New York, was home to over 12 million listeners nationwide. She is the author of two New York Times best-sellers, Wendy's Got The Heat (Simon & Schuster) and The Wendy Williams Experience (Dutton Books), as well as several novels. Her previous television work included a VH1 series entitled "Wendy Williams is on Fire." Williams grew up in Ocean Township, New Jersey and currently lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband Kevin Hunter and their 9-year-old son, Kevin, Jr. Williams attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA, earning a Bachelor's Degree in communications with a minor in journalism.

Williams is joining a GSN talent roster that includes Drew Carey, Jerry Springer, Sherri Shepherd, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bill Engvall.
