PARIS HILTON TO GUEST STAR ON MTV'S "THE HARD TIMES OF RJ BERGER"

AIRS MONDAY AT 10 P.M. ET/ PT

THE KIDS ARE PART OF A SCHOOL SPONSORED 'LOCK-IN,' AND CHAOS BREAKS OUT, INCLUDING A SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE BY PARIS HILTON, ON "THE HARD TIMES OF RJ BERGER" MONDAY, APRIL 4 AT 10 P.M. ET/ PT

SANTA MONICA, CA (APRIL 1, 2011) - In this week's episode of "The Hard Times of RJ Berger," it's "lock-in night" at Pinkerton High, and RJ Berger and the girl of his dreams, Jenny Swanson, are finally ready to take the next step... but a bitter Lily Miran will do everything she can to make sure that doesn't happen, airing Monday, April 4 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Paris Hilton also makes an appearance.

MTV's coming-of-age comedy "The Hard Times of RJ Berger" season two follows RJ Berger (Paul Iacono) and Miles Jenner (Jareb Dauplaise) as they navigate the treacherous waters of sophomore year at Pinkerton High.

This semester, RJ is faced with new challenges, as he finds himself caught in a love triangle... which turns into a square. His love life becomes a balancing act, as he is torn between the girl of his dreams, Jenny Swanson (Amber Lancaster), the girl he lost his virginity to, Lily Miran (Kara Taitz), and new older girl, Amy (Caitlin Crosby). On top of RJ's complicated romantic ventures, he must cope with his parent's divorce and deal with the meanest jock in school Max Owen (Jayson Blair). It's sure to be a hilarious semester, featuring GTL-ing with Cousin Vinny ("Jersey Shore's" Vinny Guadagnino), jamming with popular rock band Weezer and dreaming of Paris Hilton.

Last week's "The Hard Times of RJ Berger" delivered its highest Monday night ratings ever. The telecast averaged a 1.4 P12-34 rating and 1.4 million total viewers, both up +27% from the series' season one average.
