Hollywood Icon Jennifer Aniston to be Honored With "Decade of Hotness" Award at Spike TV'S 2011 "Guys Choice"

The Fifth Annual Event To Premiere Friday, June 10 At 9 PM, ET/PT

NEW YORK, May 19, 2011 -- Spike TV has announced that it will crown Jennifer Aniston with the Decade of Hotness award, one of the night's highest honors, during the fifth annual "Guys Choice" celebration taping Saturday, June 4th at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, CA. The multi-award winning actress joins past winners including Halle Berry and Charlize Theron as extraordinary leading ladies whose world-class talent is matched only by their iconic beauty. The 2011 "Guys Choice" premieres Friday, June 10 at 9 PM ET/PT on Spike TV.

"Decade of Hotness is Guys Choice's ultimate term of endearment for a woman that we just can't get enough of. Jennifer Aniston has the magic combination of Hall of Fame Hotness and Humor that makes every guy wish she lived next door. Our audience has been asking for this for years, we're thrilled to be honoring Jennifer," says Casey Patterson, EVP, event production, talent and studio relations, Spike TV.

Aniston burst onto the scene in 1994 with her portrayal of Rachel Green in the hit NBC sitcom "Friends," a role that garnered her several awards over its ten season run including an Emmy, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award. Soon after she starred on the big-screen in the critically acclaimed films "Office Space" and "The Object of My Affection," followed by box office smash hits "Bruce Almighty," "Marley and Me," "The Break Up" and "He's Just Not That into You," among many others. In 2004, Aniston was named #1 on People Magazine's The Most Beautiful, a list she has made every year since its inception in 1995 and, in 2005, GQ Magazine tabbed her as its first-ever Woman of the Year. Aniston most recently has been seen in the box office hit "Just Go With It" and will star in the dark comedy "Horrible Bosses."

2011 nominees include Mark Wahlberg, Kobe Bryant, Natalie Portman, Minka Kelly, Keith Richards, Mila Kunis, Mark Zuckerberg, Candice Swanepoel, Rose Huntington-Whiteley, Blake Griffin and many others. For a full list of categories and nominees, log on to guyschoice.spike.com.
