"Rizzoli & Isles": Brian Goodman Is Now a Series Regular
Brian Goodman, who has played the recurring role of Lt. Det. Sean Cavanaugh on TNT's hit series Rizzoli & Isles, has been upped to series regular for the show's third season. Goodman's character is a product of the hardscrabble back alleys of South Boston. His knowledge of the street and his history as a detective make him the perfect choice to be Commander of the Homicide Unit. Fiercely loyal to Detective Jane Rizzoli (Angie Harmon) because he lived what she faces, Cavanaugh has her back when the brass would have prefer to have her head. In addition to Rizzoli & Isles, Goodman's credits include the series Revenge, Lost and Line of Fire, as well as the movies Catch Me If You Can, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and Blow.
