ABC Finishes Scripted Renewals With "Last Man Standing"

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Proving to be the literal "Last Man Standing," ABC has renewed the Tim Allen-led comedy for a sophomore run.
The news - confirmed via a spokesperson at the network - closes the books on the Alphabet's returning scripted slate for next season.
The Tuesday comedy delivered huge time period gains for the Alphabet this season, with year-to-year growth of 41% in total viewers and 42% in adults 18-49.
