AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Maggie Grace has been tapped as the much-ballyhooed Faith on "Californication," a character designed to seed a potential spin-off of the Showtime comedy (Deadline.com); FOX has given its new Mindy Kaling-led comedy "It's Messy" the new moniker of "The Mindy Project" (EW.com); Jorja Fox has closed a one-year deal with CBS Television Studios to return for "CSI's" upcoming 13th season (THR.com); Ian Gomez will guest on "Drop Dead Diva" as "a wheelchair-using con man who is suing Harrison & Parker's newest client" (TVLine.com); and "Raising Hope" creator Greg Garcia has inked a massive four-year overall deal with CBS Television Studios however will continue on the 20th Century Fox Television-based comedy as showrunner next season (Deadline.com).
