E! RENEWS CONTRACT WITH GIULIANA RANCIC

E! News Anchor and Managing Editor Re-ups Through April 2015

Los Angeles, May 22, 2012 - E! News Anchor and Managing Editor Giuliana Rancic has extended her overall agreement with the pop culture cable network through April 2015. Under terms of her agreement, Rancic will anchor and serve as managing editor of E! News for the next three years, and will host the network's highly rated Live From the Red Carpet signature events. She will also continue to co-host the popular weekly comedy series Fashion Police, and will host other specials for the network. In addition, E! will have "first look" rights to Rancic's ideas for series, specials and other broadcast projects, both scripted and non-scripted.

"Giuliana's on-air charm, charismatic personality and outstanding professionalism have made her one of TV's most recognized hosts, and her work has helped propel E! News to new heights. Giuliana joined E! in 2002 as a correspondent for E! News, and she has been Anchor and Managing Editor for the program since January 2005. E! News continues to be the top television destination for entertainment news for young adults, reaching more Adult 18-34 viewers than any other entertainment news program. Fashion Police also continues to show significant growth as one of E!'s core franchises, and, in March 2012, the weekly series expanded to full one-hour episodes. Additionally, E!'s Live from the Red Carpet delivered its most-watched awards season in the network's history in first quarter 2012.
