CARLY RAE JEPSEN TO PERFORM "CALL ME MAYBE" LIVE AT "TEEN CHOICE 2012" SUNDAY, JULY 22, ON FOX

Submit Videos Now at www.teenchoiceawards.com

Music sensation and TEEN CHOICE 2012 nominee Carly Rae Jepsen will perform her hit song "Call Me Maybe" - with a little help from her fans - at TEEN CHOICE 2012, airing live Sunday, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX!

"It's been a dream of mine to attend the TEEN CHOICE Awards for years," Jepsen said. "To perform and be nominated is such an honor. I'm looking forward to sharing this amazing night with the fans and friends who got me there!"

Jepsen is an international music sensation due, in part, to the unofficial lip-synched viral videos of "Call Me Maybe," featuring fans from around the world, including Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale, Katy Perry and James Franco, not to mention the Harvard Baseball team and the SMU Women's Rowing team.

Now, fans could have their very own "Call Me Maybe" lip-synched videos appear during Jepsen's live performance at TEEN CHOICE 2012.

Fans can submit their videos by: (1) creating an original "Call Me Maybe" lip-synched video; (2) uploading it to YouTube; and (3) registering at www.teenchoiceawards.com. Once fans register, final submission details and rules will be sent via email.

Jepsen is currently riding high with the blockbuster success of her platinum-certified debut U.S. single, "Call Me Maybe," which has sold more than two million copies and hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Certified quadruple-platinum in Jepsen's native Canada, the track, which she co-wrote, is also an international sensation, climbing to No. 1 on the iTunes Singles charts in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Norway. Jepsen will release her debut album this fall and hit the road as a very special guest on Bieber's 2012 North American tour.

TEEN CHOICE 2012 is executive-produced by Bob Bain ("Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards") and Michael Burg. Paul Flattery and Kelly Brock serve as producers and Greg Sills serves as supervising producer.
