ACTION-PACKED DOUBLE EVICTION NIGHT ON "BIG BROTHER" SENDS MIKE "BOOGIE" MALIN AND ASHLEY IOCCO PACKING

Ian Won Live Head of Household Competition, Frank Won Live Power of Veto

New Head of Household Announced on Sunday, August 26

Last night, on a dramatic double eviction night for BIG BROTHER, the Houseguests voted to evict Mike "Boogie" Malin, the 42-year-old restaurateur from Concord, N.H., who currently resides in Studio City, Calif., by a vote of 5-2.

Following the eviction ceremony, the Houseguests competed in a LIVE "Before or After" Head of Household competition, where they had to answer questions about the sequence of events that have occurred inside the BIG BROTHER house. Ian won the competition, and immediately nominated Ashley and Frank.

The Houseguests then competed in the "Somewhere Over the Veto" Power of Veto competition, where they had to locate four-leaf clovers and veto symbols inside their individual ball pits. Frank won the competition and removed himself from the block. HOH Ian then nominated Joe as a replacement nominee.

During the second live vote of the evening, the Houseguests evicted Ashley Iocco, the 26-year-old mobile spray tanner from Pittsburgh, Pa., who currently resides in West Hollywood, Calif., by a vote of 5-1.

The Houseguests competed in a new HOH competition later that evening which will be featured during the BIG BROTHER broadcast on Sunday, August 26 (8:00:30-8:59:30 PM, ET/PT).

BIG BROTHER is broadcast three nights weekly: Sundays (8:00:30-8:59:30 PM, ET/PT), Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the LIVE eviction show hosted by Julie Chen on Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).

BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with more than 52 cameras and 95 microphones recording their every move, 24 hours a day. Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house. At the end, the last remaining Houseguest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.

BIG BROTHER is executive produced by Emmy Award-winning producer Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan for Fly on the Wall Entertainment, in association with Endemol U.S.A.
