Pat Sajak, Vanna White and Alex Trebek Renew Contracts Through 2015-16 Season

CULVER CITY, Calif., Sept. 10, 2012 -- Pat Sajak and Vanna White, hosts of America's Game, "Wheel of Fortune," and Alex Trebek, host of "Jeopardy!", America's Favorite Quiz Show, have renewed their contracts with Sony Pictures Television to continue hosting their respective shows through the 2015/16 season, it was announced today.

"As we celebrate 'Wheel's' 30th anniversary season and look forward to the 'Jeopardy!' 30th next year, we are so happy to know we will be keeping our iconic family together," said executive producer Harry Friedman. "Together they have hosted a combined 12,000 episodes of these beloved shows and have become part of America's family as well. I think they're finally getting the hang of it."

"Wheel of Fortune" celebrates its 30th season when the show returns on September 17th. "Jeopardy!" also returns on the 17th, beginning its 29th season on the air.

Wheel of Fortune, America's #1 game show, is the longest-running syndicated game show in United States television history. Jeopardy!, the #1 rated quiz show in syndication, is the winner of a 2012 Peabody award and 30 Emmy awards, including the 2011 Emmy for Outstanding Game/Audience Participation Program, and was inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records for the most awards won by a TV Game Show.
