B TEAM, THE (FOX, New!) - Jake Johnson ("New Girl") and Max Winkler ("Clark and Michael") are set to team for a potential new comedy at the network about "five regular underdogs who, sick of getting screwed over, come together and form a real-world version of The Avengers. But, lacking any actual super powers, they must rely on their intelligence and cunning to turn the tables on those who take advantage of the powerless." Said half-hour is set up at 20th Century Fox Television-based Imagine Television with Winkler directing from a script he co-wrote with Johnson. Imagine's Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo will also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)
