VH1 RINGS IN THE NEW YEAR WITH NEW SERIES AND RETURNING FAVORITES

VH1 Funnies up Your Friday with Return of "Best Week Ever" and Premiere of "The Jenny McCarthy Show"

New Series "Making Mr. Right," and "Black Ink Crew" Join Returning Favorites "Mob Wives" and "Love & Hip-Hop"

"Mob Wives" - Premieres Sunday, January 6th at 8 PM ET/PT

VH1's hit series "Mob Wives" returns for a third season Sunday, January 6th at 8:00 PM ET/PT, and the gangster drama is back on a whole new level. Returning cast members Renee Graziano, Karen Gravano, Drita D'Avanzo, Carla Facciolo, Ramona Rizzo and "Big Ang" are joined by a new Mob Wife, Love Majewski. Love has returned to New York to reconnect with old friends and family - but her infamous history with the mob underworld proves to be the source of significant tension. Meanwhile, just as old feuds are put to rest, new conflicts arise, and names, accusations and even knives come out - testing the bounds of friendship, family and loyalty.

"Making Mr. Right" - Premieres Sunday, January 6th at 9 PM ET/PT

VH1 announces the new reality matchmaking series "Making Mr. Right," which will determine just how far three women will go to find true love. With the help of 15-year veteran successful matchmaker April Beyer, three single women pose as "expert matchmakers" to pull a rouse on 14 unsuspecting guys who think they've signed up for a show called "Match Me If You Can." Brittany Skipper, Lindsay Osborne and Rachel Seeker pretend to find these guys true love, but in reality are there to mold the guys into their own versions of "Mr. Right." In order to find their Mr. Right, the "matchmakers" will put the men through a series of challenges designed to test not only their dating skills, but also to reveal their flaws, and with their animated personalities and dating personas the process gets very intense. Brittany, Lindsay and Rachel will get an insider's point-of-view coaching these men from labels such as "Frat Boy," "Momma's Boy" or "Falls Too Fast Too Soon," to prove that they know what it takes to be the perfect partner. Besides jaw-dropping make-overs and difficult challenges, the contestants will also be given the opportunity to showcase their romantic abilities by being professional, charming and sexy for their "matchmakers." The contestants who demonstrate charisma and poise, might unknowingly win the hearts of their 'matchmakers' and find true love themselves. "Making Mr. Right," an 8-episode series, premieres Sunday, January 6th at 9 PM ET/PT.

"Love & Hip Hop" - Premieres Monday, January 7th at 8 PM ET/PT

VH1's popular docu-series, "Love & Hip Hop" is back in the Big Apple from the Dirty South for Season 3 on Monday, January 7th, 2013. Some familiar personalities from Seasons 1 and 2 will return amongst a mostly brand-new cast, and promises to deliver all the drama from the lives, heartaches, successes and failures of hip hop's movers and shakers in the concrete jungle that is NYC. New York is truly the birthplace of hip hop and the home of some of its biggest successes, even more of its shattered dreams... and all of its secrets. "Love & Hip Hop" Season 3 is executive produced by Mona Scott-Young for Monami Entertainment and Toby Barraud and Stefan Springman for NFGTV. Co-executive producer is Stephanie Gayle for Monami Entertainment. Shelly Tatro, Brad Abramson, Danielle Gelfand and Jeff Olde are executive producers for VH1. Vivian Gomez is coordinating producer for VH1.

"Black Ink Crew" - Premieres Monday, January 7th at 9 PM ET/PT

Enter the world of the "Black Ink Crew" and meet the girls and guys that run this black-owned and operated tattoo shop on 113th and Lennox, right in the heart of NYC's Harlem. The employees are a tight, but totally dysfunctional "family." For many of them, this shop is the key to turning their lives around, and for some of them, it's their first legitimate job off the streets. Black Ink is more than just a tattoo shop to the people who work there. The shop is also a magnet for hip-hop stars and athletes, but the real flavor comes from the quite colorful characters that walk into the shop on a daily basis. Inside the doors of Black Ink, you never know what you are going to get. From the sexy new girl on the block, Dutchess, to the party animal of the group, Puma, the characters are crazy, sexy and, most of all, loveable. This hour-long docu-series follows the lives of Ceasar, Dutchess, Alex, Sassy, Puma, and O' Sh!t, as they work, live, party, and hang out in Harlem. "Black Ink Crew" explores the friendships, crushes, rivalries and craziness that comes when a group of friends become family. "Black Ink Crew" premieres Monday, January 7th at 9 PM ET/PT on VH1. "Black Ink Crew" is executive produced by Dan Cesareo, Doug DePriest and Ken Martinez for Big Fish Entertainment. Executive producers for VH1 are Shelly Tatro, Kari Mcfarland, Rick Hankey and Jeff Olde.

"Best Week Ever" Premieres Friday, January 18th at 10 PM ET/PT

VH1's beloved weekly rundown "Best Week Ever" is back and funnier than ever! Featuring a brand new crew of panelist/comedians and some special appearances from the past, the reboot will celebrate and satirize an entire week's worth of pop culture events packed into one smart, hysterical 30-minute show. Topics will include the week's biggest pop culture moments including late-breaking celebrity gossip, viral videos and the most outrageous moments from daytime and prime time television. Don't fear we have preserved the show's original payoff and each week will identify who is having the "best week ever!" Executive producers include Jeff Olde, Shelly Tatro, Karla Hidalgo and Bernie Kaminski for VH1.

"The Jenny McCarthy Show" - Premieres Friday, February 8th at 10:30 PM ET/PT

Every Friday night, Jenny McCarthy is hosting an exclusive party in her new high-rise penthouse apartment, and viewers will have an all-access pass. "The Jenny McCarthy Show" is a 360 pop culture experience that will feature appearances by a slew of Jenny's favorite celebs, her loyal shanks - AKA her girlfriends - and some dreamy bartenders. During every party, Jenny will break down the pop culture stories of the week with her handpicked entourage of VIP's while the party's weekly DJ keeps the crowd on their feet for every moment in-between. Nothing is off limits at Jenny's party. That means whether it's at the bar, the bedroom, or in the bathtub, everyone's in on the action - even her production crew. From pop culture games to dissecting the most sizzling celebrity headlines, the whole room is involved and absolutely nothing is held back. When it comes to her unfiltered and over-the-top take on what's popping in culture that week, Jenny's party is the only place to spend your Friday night. "The Jenny McCarthy Show" premieres Friday, January 18th at 10:30 PM on VH1.
