LOS ANGELES, CA - December 17, 2012 - Thea Andrews has been named co-anchor of CBS Television Distribution's omg!Insider, it was announced today by Executive Producer Brad Bessey. Andrews will co-anchor with Kevin Frazier beginning in January 2013. Also joining omg!Insider in January as on-air correspondents are Michael Yo and Mary Kitchen.

Andrews was formerly a correspondent for ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT and a host for ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT WEEKEND. Andrews has also covered sports extensively for ESPN and ABC Sports. She has hosted a variety of sports, reality, award and game shows such as "ESPN's Cold Pizza," "CMT's Next Superstar," "Top Chef Canada," "The ESPY Red Carpet Show" and "The 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards Red Carpet Show" for TNT.

"I am thrilled to announce these magnetic additions to our omg!Insider team. First and foremost these individuals are experienced, passionate... they live and breathe entertainment news," said Bessey. "There is no doubt in my mind that they will infuse our coverage with personality. Plus, the chemistry they have with each other is natural and infectious and sure to engage viewers in a show they will consider part of their social network."

THE INSIDER will be renamed omg!Insider in January 2013 to create a multiplatform entertainment news series. omg!Insider will be a true web and on-air collaboration aiming to reinvent how consumers access entertainment news across screens. Online, Yahoo!'s omg! will provide continually updated coverage, including video clips, celebrity interviews, photo galleries, engaging editorial and a number of interactive social features. On air each evening, the TV show will offer a unique mix of informal in-studio conversations with celebrities and personality-driven discussions around the day's hottest topics and trends. Linda Bell Blue, who launched THE INSIDER in 2004 as the highest-rated debut of any newsmagazine in syndication since 1996, is executive producer along with Brad Bessey.

Most recently, Yo was the host of "The Yo Show on Yahoo!," which launched in April 2012. He is best known for his work on the E! programs "Chelsea Lately," "The Daily 10," "E! News," "Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami" and his own show "Yo on E!" as well as correspondent roles on "Extra, "Showbiz Tonight and "Today."

Kitchen was the entertainment anchor for City TV based in Toronto where she anchored live nightly entertainment reports across the entire network. Kitchen appeared weekly on "Breakfast Television" as well as the primetime series "Canada's Got Talent." Kitchen was also an entertainment and fashion reporter working on CTV's cable network Fashion Television Channel. Other highlights include ET Canada and "CBC's Fashion File Host Hunt."

September 2012 marked Frazier's second season as co-anchor of THE INSIDER. Previously, Frazier worked on sister show, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, for eight seasons holding the positions of correspondent and weekend anchor. Frazier also served as host of ESPN's "SportsCenter," "NBA Shoot Around" and "Fastbreak Tuesday."

Also joining omg!Insider are Kristen Aldridge, Keltie Colleen, Nina Parker and Theo Von as contributors.

Brooke Anderson, who joined THE INSIDER in 2011 as co-anchor, will transition to ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT as a correspondent.

Omg!Insider is produced and distributed by CBS Television Distribution and is taped in Studio City.
