Pop singer and THE X FACTOR judge Demi Lovato, and country superstars LeAnn Rimes and Little Big Town join the Top Three finalists for special duets during the last performance of the season tonight, Wednesday, Dec. 19 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Lovato joins Fifth Harmony, Rimes pairs up with Carly Rose Sonenclar and Little Big Town performs with Tate Stevens.

On Thursday, Dec. 20 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), tune in to the two-hour LIVE results show as hosts Khloé Kardashian Odom and Mario Lopez announce which act will be crowned the winner of THE X FACTOR and receive a $5 million recording contract with Syco/Sony Music. The star-studded two-night event will feature special performances from One Direction - the global sensation that rose to fame on the U.K. version of "The X Factor" - and world-renowned rapper Pitbull.

In a very short time, superstar Demi Lovato has made quite a name for herself as a singer and actress with three studio albums, four movies and numerous television series to her credit. But it was her deeply personal lyrics on her platinum hits, "Skyscraper" and "Give Your Heart A Break," from her 2011 album, "Unbroken," that really connected with her devoted, youthful fan base. The Dallas-bred 20-year-old started in show business at the age of seven and rose quickly. By the time she was 15, she was a bona fide TV star ("Barney & Friends," "Sonny with a Chance") cultivating a promising singing and acting career with standout roles in the "Camp Rock" movies and as the star of the 2009 film, "Princess Protection Program." In the late 2000s, while maintaining a rigorous TV and film shooting schedule, Lovato released two massively successful solo albums: "Don't Forget" (2008), which debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200, and "Here We Go Again" (2009), which bowed at No. 1. Her 2011 album, "Unbroken," spawned two platinum singles: "Skyscraper," which received an MTV Video Music Award (VMA) for Best Video with a Message, and her No. 1 smash hit, "Give Your Heart a Break." Lovato is currently recording her fourth studio album to be released next year.

LeAnn Rimes has sold more than 40 million albums, won two Grammy(R) Awards, three Academy of Country Music Awards and 12 Billboard Music Awards. She is the youngest recipient of a Grammy(R) Award, and was also the first country recording artist to win in the Best New Artist category. Rimes has placed 42 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 13 of which are Top 10 hits, and has scored numerous hit singles in her career, including "Can't Fight The Moonlight," which went No. 1 in 11 countries, and "How Do I Live," which is the second-longest charting song ever on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Having released more than 10 studio albums, three compilation albums and two greatest hits albums in her illustrious career, Rimes sets her sights on releasing her most personal album yet, "Spitfire," on April 30, 2013. Her first single from the new album, "Borrowed," is available now via iTunes. Another track off the album, "What Have I Done," has also been released on iTunes.

Critically acclaimed group Little Big Town first entered the music scene more than 13 years ago with hits such as "Boondocks," "Bring It On Home" and "Little White Church." The group's fifth studio album, "Tornado," was released in September 2012 and debuted at the top of the Billboard Country chart, selling more than 112,000 albums in its first week and remaining in the No. 1 position for the next four weeks. The album, produced by Jay Joyce, includes megahit "Pontoon," which was the band's first No. 1 single and has sold more than 1.6 million digital downloads to date. The song recently won Single of the Year at this year's Country Music Association (CMA) Awards and the band took home the CMA award for Top Vocal Group. Earlier this month, the song also earned them the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARD (ACA) for Music Video of the Year: Group or Collaboration. Collectively, the group has earned more than 25 award show nominations and has received the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Award for Top New Vocal Group. The foursome will launch The Tornado Tour in January 2013.

THE X FACTOR was created by Syco Television and is produced by Syco Television and FremantleMedia North America. Rob Wade and Nigel Hall are executive producers for Syco Television. Trish Kinane, Richard Holloway and Andrew Llinares serve as executive producers for FremantleMedia North America. "Like" THE X FACTOR on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/TheXFactorUSA.
