LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX has locked in the season finale of "So You Think You Can Dance" as Tuesday, September 10 at 8:00/7:00c, network sources have confirmed to the site exclusively.
Said date - along with today's announcement of the "MasterChef" finale on Wednesday, September 11 (read the story) - will create seamless transitions into the network's fall launches on their respective nights.
As for its other summer entries, newcomers "Does Someone Have to Go?" (Thursday, June 27) and "The Goodwin Games" (Monday, July 1) will sign off in the next week while "Hell's Kitchen" will wrap its latest cycle on Thursday, July 25 (read the story).
Back-to-back repeats of "Raising Hope" as well as rebroadcasts of "New Girl" and "The Mindy Project" will then fill Monday nights beginning July 8 while second runs of "Glee," "New Girl" and "The Mindy Project" will take over Thursday nights starting August 1.
