Festivities Conclude on Friday, September 13, 2013 With "LIVE's" One-Hour "First Anniversary Viewer's Choice Show"

NEW YORK, NY - The week of September 2, 2013 will mark the first anniversary of Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan's partnership on "LIVE with Kelly and Michael," and the show is pulling out all the stops with a gala two-week anniversary celebration. The festivities will culminate in "LIVE's" "First Anniversary Viewer's Choice Show," a one-of-a-kind episode featuring a countdown of the Top 10 best moments from their first year, as chosen by the show's viewers.

Beginning on August 19 and continuing through August 30, Ripa and Strahan will feature five clips each day showcasing memorable moments of their first year together. Viewers can then go to livekellyandmichael.com to vote for their favorites, which will be showcased on the September 13th special. Everyone who votes also will have the chance to win a trip to New York City and tickets to the anniversary taping. During the weeks of September 2 and September 9, "LIVE's" in-studio audience also will have the chance to join in the fun. With "The Anniversary Games," one audience member a day will have one minute to win up to $1,000 dollars.

Guests during "LIVE's" two week anniversary celebration will include DEMI LOVATO, ZACHARY QUINTO, JENNIFER HUDSON, RICKY GERVAIS, MICHELLE PFEIFFER, KATIE COURIC, CEDRIC THE ENTERTAINER, ARSENIO HALL, and performances by JOHN LEGEND, SELENA GOMEZ, JENNIFER NETTLES, SEAN KINGSTON and TAMAR BRAXTON. And favorite celebrity friends of the show also will chime in with their special anniversary greetings for Ripa and Strahan.
