E!'s "FASHION POLICE" KICKS OFF ANNUAL MONTH-LONG "SEPTEMBER ISSUE" EVENT ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th AT 9:00PM ET/PT

Cast Heads to NYC for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center As Joan Rivers and Team Hit the Hottest Runway Shows, Wildest Parties and

The Streets of Manhattan for The Biggest Month in Fashion

"September Issue" Concludes With A Bang When "Fashion Police" Airs Its Annual Emmy Awards Special on Monday, September 23 at 9:00PM ET/PT

Los Angeles, CA - August 28, 2013 - As summer winds down, "Fashion Police" is already counting down the seconds until the show's third annual spectacular "September Issue," the month-long celebration of all the dos, the don'ts, and the "oh no, she didn'ts" that has everyone including Joan Rivers and her team, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic, and George Kotsiopoulos excited for fall. To kick off the festivities, the spirited quartet of outspoken fashion arbiters are packing their monogrammed luggage and heading east for America's most important week in fashion ... Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center. With a fashionista's-eye-view of all the action at Lincoln Center, a lineup of special guests guaranteed to rock the house, and a search for the hottest trends on the streets of Manhattan, this will be two star-studded episodes you won't want to miss! Then it's back to Los Angeles to round out the month with two more episodes, including "Fashion Police's" special Emmys episode breaking down the best and 'oops' styles of the night. From cover to cover, this will be a month to remember when "Fashion Police" kicks off "September Issue" with four fabulous Friday night episodes at its new time beginning September 6th at 9:00pm ET/PT and a special Emmy spectacular on Monday, September 23 at 9pm ET/PT.

Naturally, the cover story for "Fashion Police's" September Issue 2013 is Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, devoting two full episodes to covering the big event on September 6th and September 13th. With 90+ designers presenting this year, "Fashion Police" will have crews everywhere to capture all the runway magic. Joan is even heading backstage to talk with the biggest names in fashion and bring viewers sneak peeks of some of the most anticipated Spring lines. She is also hitting the streets of Manhattan to find out what people really think about all the upcoming trends this season. Plus, Joan, Kelly, Giuliana and George are painting the town red (which might just be the new black) as they visit the biggest celebrity parties in town.

Fashion Week never fails to bring out the fashionista in all of us, and with Joan and her team weighing in on the hits, the misses and the "don't bothers," E! viewers will get a guided tour unavailable anywhere else as we cover the big event from top to bottom. Additionally our style savvy foursome will play host to a bevy of fashion insiders and special guests, including Stacey Bendet of Alice + Olivia and the oh-so-fashionable Jonas Brothers who will be stopping in to lend their very own guy-centric POV to this year's "September Issue" episodes.

The super-sized month doesn't wrap until Joan and the team travel westward once more, for the "Fashion Police" Emmy Awards Special, airing Monday, September 23 9:00PM ET/PT, just one day after host Neil Patrick Harris and a star-studded lineup of presenters hand out those golden statuettes honoring the best in primetime television. It's the first award show of the season, and our fashionistas will have pens poised to note which stars "took home the gold" on the Red Carpet. This special edition of "Fashion Police" is a fitting finale to one huge "September Issue."

From coverage of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center directly from New York to the highly-anticipated Emmys special, this year's "September Issue" will be a month to remember when special episodes of "Fashion Police" kick off at the show's new airtime, Friday, September 6that 9pm ET/PT and air consecutively throughout the month of September.
