Date Change for Two Upcoming Hallmark Channel October Premieres
"Signed, Sealed & Delivered" (formerly "Dead Letters") and "When Calls The Heart" will both move back a week to Saturday, October 12 and 19, respectively.

MEDIA ALERT: DATE CHANGE FOR TWO UPCOMING OCTOBER PREMIERES

"Signed, Sealed & Delivered" (formerly "Dead Letters") moves to Saturday, October 12 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C)

Network: Hallmark Channel

"Touched By An Angel" Executive Producer Martha Williamson makes a triumphant return to television as Executive Producer and Creator of "Signed, Sealed & Delivered," a comedic drama about an intrepid group of mail detectives in the Dead Letter Office who will deliver every last lost & dead letter to its rightful owner just when the recipient needs it most. "Signed, Sealed & Delivered," a Hallmark Channel Pilot Presentation For Series Consideration, will premiere Saturday, October 12 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C). If greenlit, the series would air on Hallmark Channel in 2014. Stars: Eric Mabius, Daphne Zuniga, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe and Geoff Gustafson.

"When Calls The Heart" moves to Saturday, October 19 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C)

Network: Hallmark Channel

Based on Janette Oke's bestselling Canadian West book series, the Hallmark Channel Original Movie, "When Calls the Heart" is the story of Elizabeth Thatcher, a young teacher accustomed to her high society life, who receives her first classroom post in a small prairie town in the Western Frontier led by two strong coal miner widows. Set against the wild canvas of a 19th century coal town, Elizabeth will have to learn the ways of the frontier if she wishes to thrive in the rural west.

The Hallmark Channel Original Movie is a precursor to the series and features three-time Emmy(R) Award-winner Jean Smart ("Designing Women"), Lori Loughlin ("Full House," "90210"), Maggie Grace ("Taken 2"), Stephen Amell ("Arrow"), Daniel Sharman ("Teen Wolf") and newcomer Poppy Drayton. Lori Loughlin will continue her role in the series along with Erin Krakow ("Army Wives," "Castle") and Daniel Lissing ("Last Resort") who round out the cast of the series set to premiere January 2014.
