Sony Pictures Television is behind the hour, which has a penalty attached and is based on Charles den Tex's book-turned-Dutch mini-series "The Power of Mr. Miller." Turner and Jennifer Klein will executive produce via their studio-based Vendetta Productions alongside Rob Golenberg and Alon Aranya of Scripted World Entertainment. (Deadline.com)

Breen and Horgan then are executive producing alongside Kapital Entertainment's Aaron Kaplan. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED KATHERINE HEIGL PROJECT (NBC, New!) - The proposed Katherine Heigl-led drama has found a home at the Peacock, where it was a put pilot commitment. Alexi Hawley ("Body of Proof") is behind the hour, about "a key CIA analyst whose job it is to debrief and strategize with the president on the most pressing global and national matters." Said effort is set up at Universal Television with Robert Simonds, Julia Franz, Henry Crumpton and Rodney Faraon executive producing alongside Hawley, Heigl and her mom Nancy Heigl via the latter duo's Abishag Productions.
