FOX SPORTS, RED BULL MEDIA HOUSE SIGN THREE-YEAR DEAL TO BROADCAST THE RED BULL WORLD SERIES

The Largest U.S. Licensing Deal in Red Bull Media House History Makes All Four Global Sports Available to U.S. Television for the First Time

Los Angeles - Today, FOX Sports and Red Bull Media House announced a three-year agreement to broadcast THE RED BULL WORLD SERIES; the largest U.S. licensing deal in Red Bull Media House history. For the first time, all four global sporting series created by Red Bull will be made available in the U.S., uniting on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports 2 starting in 2014.

The networks will televise nearly 180 hours of live (where available) and highlighted high-definition, season-long coverage from the RED BULL AIR RACE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, RED BULL CRASHED ICE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, the RED BULL X-FIGHTERS Freestyle Motocross World Tour and the RED BULL CLIFF DIVING WORLD SERIES. Each series, produced and delivered by Red Bull Media House, take place at some of the most iconic and breath-taking sporting venues in the world.

"Amazing television ... quite simply, no one does it like they do," said Michael Bloom, SVP of FOX Sports Original Programming. "There's nothing out there that looks like or has the production value of a Red Bull Media House presentation. They continue to break new ground in how sports are covered - we love that at FOX Sports; we share that as a common goal.

"Not only is THE RED BULL WORLD SERIES action and competition spectacular, these grand stages are surrounded with mind-boggling backdrops," Bloom continued. "Everything they do is tough, loud and beyond exciting."

"Red Bull Media House has a longstanding relationship with the FOX Sports Network family," said Werner Brell, Managing Director, Red Bull Media House North America. "The Red Bull World Series programming deal solidifies our relationship with FOX Sports. It is exciting for us to deliver this programming live to FOX Sports 1 in the network's inaugural year on air, offering the US audience thrilling sports series competition on one dedicated home year-round."

The deal was handled by Bloom and Melissa Forman for FOX Sports, and by Greg Jacobs and Ben Mauceri for Red Bull Media House.

After a three-year hiatus, the RED BULL AIR RACE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP (www.redbullairrace.com) returns in 2014 with a new race modus, safety regulations and panoramic locations (official schedule announcement Oct. 8.) The world's only sanctioned air race tests 12 highly skilled competition pilots to navigate through technically challenging, timed pylon courses. Up to 25 cameras, including in-plane POVs, capture all the sport's spectacular aerial footage, while new GPS-based graphics have up-to-the-second race positioning.

With four stops in the U.S., Russia, Germany and Canada, the RED BULL CRASHED ICE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP (www.redbullcrashedice.com) offers 300 international Ice Cross Downhill athletes the opportunity to compete on a world stage. Individual and team titles play out in some of the most insane, high-speed downhill ice cross events on the planet, with up to 20 incredible camera views collecting this sport's head-to-head intensity.

RED BULL X-FIGHTERS (www.redbullxfighters.com) is the most-prestigious Freestyle Motocross (FMX) Series in the world. Established in 2001, the globe's best FMX riders compete on four continents, with the newest stops being in Italy, France and Argentina for 2014. Each televised event features up to 25 unique camera perspectives, including Cineflex, Cable/Fly, Highspeed and POV, showcasing some of the most insane aerial motorcycle artistry and competition seen in sports today.

The RED BULL CLIFF DIVING WORLD SERIES (www.redbullcliffdiving.com) was created in 2009, and its meteoric rise in popularity quickly secured its place as the official discipline of the FINA World Aquatics Championship. Competition wise, divers descend 27 meters (Approximately 88.5 feet) in three seconds, reaching speeds of 52 mph (85 km/h) before splashing into the water below. The 2014 tour makes eight stops on six continents, including the first female competition in Italy. An incredible 10 camera views highlight action that's judged by some of the sport's legends, namely U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Greg Louganis and multi-time Russian Olympic medal winner Dmitri Sautin.
