Electus Names Jessica Sebastian as First VP of Unscripted Television

ELECTUS NAMES JESSICA SEBASTIAN AS FIRST VP OF UNSCRIPTED TELEVISION

Los Angeles, CA - December 3, 2013--Multimedia studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI), today announced that Jessica Sebastian has been named the company's first Vice President of Unscripted Television. Sebastian, who was previously senior director of development at the Style Network, started November 25 and reports to EVP of Unscripted Television Corie Henson.

As the Vice President of Unscripted Television, Sebastian's hire marks Electus' continued expansion in the category, as well as growth across its business. In her new role Sebastian will develop, direct and produce projects from pitch to series.

"Jessica has a unique and varied skill set. She has been a producer, a developer and a buyer, plus she has amazing relationships with some of the most influential brands in the industry. Jessica will be integral as Electus ramps up internal development and continues to build our unscripted business," said Henson.

"Electus' track record of programming has put it in its own category," said Sebastian. "This position will challenge me to use all of the skills and experience I've built over nearly 15 years of working in TV."

Before joining Electus, Sebastian was a creative force behind a number of high-profile shows, including Rihanna's fashion competition series, Styled to Rock, while senior director at Style Network. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Development at Original Media where she was a showrunner for Bravo's The Rachel Zoe Project, in addition to serving as Executive Producer on Be Good Johnny Weir and the UK version of The Soup. Sebastian was also a director and producer on shows ranging from Wife Swap to What Not To Wear as well as MADE and Moving Up.
