With access to a plethora of top-tier stylists, no celebrity should rightfully end up handcuffed on the red carpet by the fashion police but fortunately for us, it happens all of the time! With hilarious comments by pop culture experts and clothing connoisseurs, including The Fabulist's Orly Shani, #RichKids of Beverly Hills' EJ Johnson and model Amber Rose, "Worst Thing I Ever Wore" premieres Wednesday, April 16th only on E!
