Features a Live Interview with First Lady Michelle Obama
NEW YORK, NY - April 16, 2014 - Today on "LIVE with Kelly and Michael," co-hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan announced a special edition of the top morning talk show airing on Monday, April 21, 2014: a first-ever split broadcast originating from both the White House in Washington, D.C., and "LIVE's" Manhattan studio, featuring a live interview with First Lady of the United States MICHELLE OBAMA.
Strahan will broadcast live from the annual White House Easter Egg Roll in the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden outside of the East Wing of the White House. He'll sit down with Mrs. Obama to chat about all of the festive events taking place throughout the day, as well as her latest efforts on behalf of her Let's Move! initiative.
In New York, Ripa will chat with "Mad Men" actress Christina Hendricks, and host a performance by the most recent singer voted off of "American Idol."
"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is distributed in national syndication by Disney-ABC Domestic Television.
