MOUNTAIN DEW(R) CMT SUMMER CONCERT SERIES Kicks-Off July 19 with Kip Moore and Includes Additional Performances Throughout the Summer from David Nail, Chris Young and Dierks Bentley

NASHVILLE - July 17, 2014 - CMT and Mountain Dew(R) are turning up the heat this summer with the first-ever MOUNTAIN DEW CMT SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, featuring all-new, live performances from country stars Dierks Bentley, Kip Moore, David Nail and Chris Young. The four-part series launches on CMT HOT 20 COUNTDOWN Saturday, July 19 at 11:00 a.m. ET/PT with CMT on Tour headliner Kip Moore, who rocked his performance in downtown Nashville earlier this summer.

Each SUMMER CONCERT SERIES installment will focus on a different artist, and include exclusive interview segments hosted by CMT's Cody Alan, Alecia Davis and Katie Cook, in addition to live performances from the Mountain Dew(R) stage. The week following its HOT 20 debut, each live performance will air as a video during scheduled CMT music hours, with an additional artist performance video from the Mountain Dew(R) stage launching simultaneously on CMT.com.

Later this month, David Nail takes the SUMMER CONCERT SERIES stage on HOT 20 COUNTDOWN premiering Saturday, July 26, followed by Chris Young on Saturday, August 9. Dierks Bentley concludes the series on Saturday, September 6 when HOT 20 joins him for a performance at Bristol Motor Speedway, where they'll catch up with fan-favorite race car driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. Bentley will make special appearances in all four of the SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, giving props to his fellow performers, and bringing fans exclusive videos and a behind-the-scenes look from the road of his national headlining Riser tour, sponsored by Mountain Dew(R).
