COMEDY CENTRAL LAUNCHES "COMEDIANS CRASHING COUCHES" PRESENTED BY AT&T, A MULTIPLATFORM REALITY SERIES STARRING COMEDIAN NIKKI GLASER PREMIERING THURSDAY, AUGUST 14

The Eight-Episode Series Will Debut Two Episodes per Week Across Multiple Digital Platforms Including CC.com and CC YouTube Channel

Confessional-Style Vlogs to Accompany Each Episode

NEW YORK, August 14, 2014 - Comedy Central knows that it takes way more than just hilarious programming to stay on top - it's also about getting to know your audience on a deep, meaningful level. That's why the #1 brand in comedy sent comedian Nikki Glaser to move in with a bunch of social-media savvy millennials and report back on her experience for the new multiplatform reality series "Comedians Crashing Couches." The eight-episode series is produced by Comedy Central's CC:Studios and debuts on Thursday, August 14 across multiple platforms including CC.com and the Comedy Central YouTube Channel.

"Comedians Crashing Couches," presented by AT&T, follows Glaser as she enters the lives and living space of eight housemates and tries to learn what makes them tick. Glaser finds that her research subjects - Annie Bardonski, Haley Bringel, Jessica Cellona, Josh Madry, Mallory Ott, Kyle Rodgers, Brandon Skeie and Phil Wedow - are strongly fixated on social media, with each at the helm of a popular account. Glaser doesn't quite fit in and her social-media skills aren't on par with her housemates', but that doesn't stop her from immersing herself in their new-media lifestyle, trying her hand at a "haul video" and recording her own raps with hilarious results.

Fans will get an intimate look at our host and her housemates with confessional-style vlogs that will accompany each episode, posted on CC.com and Comedy Central's social media accounts including Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram and Twitter.

AT&T is the exclusive sponsor of the "Comedians Crashing Couches" series created by CC:Studios. The series is directed by Nick Goossen and written by Emmy Blotnick.
