ELECTUS INTERNATIONAL SELLS MULTIPLE FORMATS TO ASIAN BROADCASTERS

New Deals Secure the Return and Premieres of Fashion Stars and Bet on Your Baby

Los Angeles, CA (December 9, 2014) - Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced that its global distribution arm, Electus International, has signed multiple first and second season format deals for Fashion Star and Bet on Your Baby to Asian broadcasters. Sales of these formats to multiple countries, including China, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines, demonstrate the considerable growth of Electus' programs in the Asian market.

The Goddesses' New Clothes, a localized version of the Fashion Star format, co-produced by Electus International, Hitao, Blue Flame, and Dragon TV, has been commissioned for a second season on China's Dragon TV, scheduled to return in 2015. In The Goddesses' New Clothes, six female celebrities design and model "themed" clothes with the help of professional designers to win orders from shop owners at tmall.com - one of China's largest e-commerce site. The Fashion Star format is also airing on Vietnam VTV-3. Airing on NBC from 2012-2013, the original format of Fashion Star gave 12 eager young designers the chance to win a multi-million dollar prize of launching their original collections in three of the nation's largest retailers.

After a hugely successful launch last year in the Philippines, Electus International has secured a deal for a second season of Bet on Your Baby on ABS-CBN, which is airing daily in access prime time. New deals have also been secured in Vietnam's with TVAD - VTV and in Thailand. The format has now been sold into more than six territories including China, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Bet on Your Baby, which airs on ABC in the United States, is a primetime game show in which parents try to predict their child's next move in an effort to win money for their child's future education.

"The successful rollout and continued international growth of both Fashion Star and Bet on Your Baby is due in large part to our partners on the ground who have been relentless in making each show a big local success.' said Cyrus Farrokh, Vice President of Electus International. "We are thrilled to continue building on these relationships going into ATF."
