Pop to Become the Only Place on Television to Watch Grimes-Beech in "90210" Beginning Monday, Jan. 19

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - Jan. 9, 2015 - Shenae Grimes-Beech ("90210") will join POPSUGAR Now, a daily entertainment news TV show, as a co-anchor and entertainment correspondent, it was announced today by Pop TV, which airs the show.

POPSUGAR Now is produced by women's leading global media and technology company POPSUGAR. Grimes-Beech will kick off her inaugural broadcast on Monday, Jan. 12 (6:00-6:30 PM, ET/PT), recapping all the winners, snubs and behind-the-scenes action from the Golden Globes(R). Pop, previously known as TVGN, launches under its new name on Wednesday, Jan. 14.

Grimes-Beech will be one of three lead anchors along with co-hosts Allison McNamara and Becca Frucht on the new show from POPSUGAR Studios in Los Angeles. Shenae will contribute and report on topics such as TV, movies, celebrity news, fashion and viral social media posts. McNamara and Frucht are veteran POPSUGAR editors with a strong presence in social media.

"90210" stars Grimes-Beech in an edgy, contemporary spinoff of the iconic drama "Beverly Hills, 90210," which will debut on Pop with back-to-back episodes on Monday, Jan. 19 at 4:00-5:00 PM, ET/PT and 5:00-6:00 PM, ET/PT. The show will continue to air the rest of that week at its normal time, Monday-Friday at 5:00-6:00 PM, ET/PT, as the lead-in to POPSUGAR Now.

Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Grimes-Beech is an international performer, personality and lifestyle blogger who began her career starring in hit television shows such as "Degrassi: The Next Generation." She has shifted her focus to non-scripted projects, launching a fashion/music/lifestyle blog with husband Josh Beech and a highly successful unisex jewelry and apparel collection.

In May 2011, during her "90210" hiatus, Shenae took a six-week internship at Teen Vogue in New York City to further her long-time interest in the fashion industry. Shenae can also be seen in such feature films as "Scream 4," "Empire State," and "Sugar."

POPSUGAR Now (Monday-Friday 6:00-6:30 PM, ET/PT) will present the most up-to-date coverage of the award show season this month.
