CBS CORPORATION AND LIONSGATE ANNOUNCE EXPANDED ROLE FOR POP PRESIDENT BRAD SCHWARTZ

Schwartz Adds Oversight of Business Operations to Current Programming and Creative Responsibilities

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 23, 2015 - Coming off the successful completion of TVGN's rebranding as Pop, CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS and CBS.A) and Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF) today announced that Brad Schwartz has been promoted to President of Pop. In his expanded role, Mr. Schwartz, who has served as Pop's President of Entertainment and Media since joining the network in April 2013, will assume oversight of a broad range of business, legal, advertising and affiliate sales functions while continuing to head the network's programming and creative operations. He continues to report to Pop's Board of Directors.

"Brad's leadership of TVGN's successful transition to and rebranding as Pop reflects his clear strategic vision for the network as well as his strong programming skills and business acumen," said CBS President and Chief Executive Officer Leslie Moonves and Lionsgate Chief Executive Officer Jon Feltheimer. "We're pleased to expand his mandate to include oversight of the integrated creative and business operations of the network as Pop continues to build its brand, develop new programming and maintain its growth trajectory."

He has been listed among Broadcasting and Cable's Next Wave of Leaders, The Hollywood Reporter's Next Generation and named one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 leaders.

With the successful transition of the Pop rebrand complete, David Wisnia announced he will step down as Pop's President, Business Operations to pursue new opportunities.

About Pop

Fans don't sit at the outskirts of pop culture making snarky comments. They live right smack in the middle of it, sharing, creating, and connecting their passions with others. At Pop, fans finally have a destination that celebrates the fun of being a fan. Fans aren't even fans anymore - they're gladiators, tributes, human beings and blockheads. Seen in more than 80 million homes, Pop gives fans a dedicated channel that loves being a fan as much as they do. A channel that respects talent over celebrity. A channel filled with optimism, passion, humor, and excitement. A channel that understands the fun doesn't stop when the credits roll... it's really just the beginning.

Pop is a joint venture of CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) and Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF). The partnership combines CBS's programming, production and marketing assets with Lionsgate's resources in motion pictures, television and digitally delivered content. Pop's ownership structure is comprised of the company with the #1 broadcast network and many of the top first-run syndication series ("Entertainment Tonight," "The Insider") and the studio that produces and distributes the blockbuster "Hunger Games," "Twilight" and "Divergent" franchises and produces such award-winning TV series as "Mad Men" and "Orange is the New Black."
