Since 1990, the Hubble Space Telescope has opened our eyes to the infinite universe, showing us wonders we never knew existed. Far from an ordinary telescope, the Hubble is our eye in the sky, orbiting Earth from the vantage point of space. The Hubble is one of NASA's most successful science missions to date and has helped to provide scientists with answers to some of our most perplexing questions including the age of the universe, the existence of supermassive black holes and so much more. Science Channel invites viewers for a very special 25th anniversary, as we take a look back at this monumental scientific marvel with three hours of special programming on Sunday, April 19 at 8 PM ET/PT.

This is the story of a space mission like no other: Seven astronauts. One objective. A single shot at success.
