AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Sandrine Holt will recur on "Fear the Walking Dead" as Dr. Bethany Exner, "a confident and skilled doctor" (Deadline.com); "Psych" creator Steve Franks has been tapped as showrunner of "Rush Hour" at CBS (Deadline.com); "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" alum Andrew Dettmann likewise is set to oversee NBC's new drama "Chicago Med" (Deadline.com); former "Dallas" executive producer Cynthia Cidre will co-showrun ABC's "Blood & Oil" with co-creator Josh Pate (Deadline.com);
