LMN TO PREMIERE THE NEW ORIGINAL SERIES "MONSTER IN MY FAMILY" WEDNESDAY, JULY 1 AT 9PM ET

NEW YORK, NY - June 3, 2015 - LMN presents, "Monster in My Family," a riveting new non-fiction series that delves into the world of infamous serial killers through a unique perspective rarely ever heard, as the family members of the killers come out of the shadows to reach out to the families of the victims. Each episode follows a different family's journey, facilitated by Melissa Moore - daughter of Keith Hunter Jesperson, infamously known as the "Happy Face Killer" - as they connect with the families of the killer's victims to express their sorrow and empathy. Six hour-long episodes are set to premiere beginning Wednesday, July 1 at 9pm ET on LMN.

With unprecedented access to the serial killer's lives behind closed doors, through stunning home video footage, photos, journals and more, "Monster in My Family" reveals the dual lives led by some of the most notorious serial killers through the ones closest to them - parents, partners, friends and children. Through the guidance and unique support of Melissa, the killer's relatives will meet with families of the victims for the first time, in hopes of providing some kind of peace and closure.

The series opener tells Melissa's personal story as the daughter of a serial killer. The episode reveals shocking behind-the-scenes accounts of what it was like growing up with a father who, she later learned, was committing horrific murders. On her journey to healing, Melissa meets with a family member of one of her father's victims to apologize for his unthinkable crime.

Upcoming episodes feature the stories and family members of John Wayne Gacy, the DC Sniper, Dale Hausner, Bobbie Joe Long and Robert Lee Yates.
