NEW YORK, NY - August 27, 2015 - Oxygen Media is giving viewers a firsthand look into the personal journey of Rich and DawnCheré Wilkerson as they strive to change the perception of faith and belief to a new generation of seekers in the series "Rich In Faith," premiering Wednesday, December 2 at 10PM ET/PT. Rich Wilkerson Jr. made international headlines when he married his friends Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, but this preacher's kid is anything but new to the ministry game. Joined by his wife, DawnCheré, Rich is smashing stereotypes about religion with his successful young adult ministry, the Vous. But to whom much is given, much will be required as Rich and DawnCheré must balance the challenges of being young pastors while supporting their marriage and breaking out on their own to start a church. Ready for a new chapter and driven by their love, they are eager to share their innovative and thought-provoking ministry with believers and non-believers alike.

"There's no one else you want in your corner more than Rich and DawnCheré," said executive producers Giuliana Rancic and Jason Kennedy. "From the famous to the nameless, their love for people is evident and we are honored that we get to share their story and words of hope with Oxygen viewers."

"We jumped at the opportunity to partner with Emmy Award-winning Magical Elves and the very talented Giuliana Rancic and Jason Kennedy to bring the profound story of Rich and DawnCheré Wilkerson to life," said Rod Aissa, Executive Vice President of Original Programming and Development, Oxygen Media. "In a world where there are no guarantees, our millennial viewers gravitate to leaders with vision and tenacity, and we believe they will find them in 'Rich In Faith.'"

When Rich and DawnCheré decide to pursue their dream of breaking away from his father's established church in Miami to start their own, Rich Sr. worries that they may not be ready to carry on the family tradition. No deed is too great or small as they maintain a responsibility to the community by ministering to a young woman with breast cancer and feeding the homeless. However, their true test of faith and love comes from their struggle to start a family.

Meet Rich and DawnCheré Wilkerson:

Pastor Rich (@richwilkersonjr),31, is a dynamic communicator with a passion to encourage and inspire young adults. Rich pastors Vous Church, a young, diverse weekly gathering in the heart of Miami, Florida. Growing up in Tacoma, Washington, Rich always had a strong desire to preach the gospel and is a fourth-generation pastor.

Pastor DawnCheré (@DawnChere), 31, is a speaker, singer-songwriter, and pastor who loves nothing more than to encourage people of all ages to never give up. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, DawnCheré grew up as a preacher's kid and loves her large Southern family. In fact, her father left a successful career in the NFL to go into ministry. Following in her father's footsteps, DawnCheré reveals a uniquely impactful perspective on life through her contagious joy and zeal.

Rich and DawnCheré joined Rich's parents' ministry, Trinity Church, after college and started a weekly young adult service in Miami. Rendezvous - VOUS for short - is a catalyst of creativity, presenting faith in the language of today's culture. Inspiring, entertaining, and always keeping congregants guessing, the VOUS worship experience includes everything from music and dance to strobe lights and fog machines. Eight years after its start, Rich and DawnCheré are preparing to launch VOUS Church in downtown Miami. The couple also hosts the annual VOUS Conference on South Beach at the historic Fillmore Theater, and Rich hosts the weekly talk show Top3 on JUCE TV, which features popular Christian personalities and round-table discussion on current news. Rich recently wrote his first book, Sandcastle Kings, which will be released November 2015. The pastor first garnered national media attention when he officiated the marriage of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, but he has long been celebrated by his congregation for his passion to serve the city of Miami and bring fresh perspective through the Bible to life's issues.
